The Flex Services Representative role is an integral part of the reserved staffing team. This team performs a variety of tasks and varying complexity on an as-needed basis.
The Flex Services Representative will perform customer service activities through multiple channels, including face to face interaction with our clinicians. Most tasks are administrative in nature utilizing computers, variety of software programs, scanners, copiers and handling of paper compliance files.
This position requires the flexibility to join the team on short notice and potentially travel away from home for projects lasting four to ten days.
