Overview

SUMMARY

 

The Flex Services Representative role is an integral part of the reserved staffing team.  This team performs a variety of tasks and varying complexity on an as-needed basis.

 

The Flex Services Representative will perform customer service activities through multiple channels, including face to face interaction with our clinicians.  Most tasks are administrative in nature utilizing computers, variety of software programs, scanners, copiers and handling of paper compliance files.

 

This position requires the flexibility to join the team on short notice and potentially travel away from home for projects lasting four to ten days.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Individuals must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Receive and process inbound requests generated by phones, email, website contact, in person contact, or other means.
  • Quickly resolve candidate questions and concerns in a timely and diplomatic manner.
  • Employee must understand and appreciate the complex and sensitive nature of the company’s relationship with client facility.
  • Responsible for handling Personal Identifying Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI).
  • Ability to work independently multi-tasking in a fast pace environment and able to switch gears as needed. 

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

  • The minimum education required for this position is a High School Diploma, but Associates’ Degree or a Bachelors’ Degree is preferred.
  • The minimum related experience required for this position is 1 year of customer service, computer skills and administrative functions.

SKILLS

 

Individuals need to have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Demonstrates effective organizational skills and time management skills to achieve performance expectations.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in schedule and tasks.
  • Effective prioritization, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with the objective of meeting Company performance expectations.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
