Responsibilities

Provide support to legal/contracts and sales department including administration of contracts and assistance with corporate paralegal duties.

·         Assist legal/contracts team in preparation, review and administration of contracts. 

·         Filing contracts and other corporate documents.

·         Assist in responding to RFPs. 

·         Assist in legal research and preparation of legal/compliance documents. 

·         Manage business license renewals, annual report filings and nursing pool license renewals throughout the U.S.

·         Remain informed of current business activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in paralegal or business. 
  • 2-3 years experience as a paralegal, contract or business administrative work.
  • Ability to understand, digest and interpret financial and legal data.  Familiarity wtih contracts and contract terms desired.
  • Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
