Responsibilities

So now that you know who we are, what can the Regional Sales Director do to contribute? Lots. This position will utilize their knowledge in full cycle sales and support our amazing clients. Interested? Keep reading to see what our dream wish list is to fulfill the Regional Sales Director role:

  • Generate lots of revenue by identifying, pursuing and winning new sales opportunities; increasing business with existing clients, and re-activating former clients.
  • Conduct market and facility research for the specific region to maximize effectiveness.
  • Prioritize and pursue clients with the best potential fit for Fastaff based on facility needs and economics.
  • Negotiate client rates consistent with gross margin budget and established pricing requirements.
  • Build, nurture and maintain client/prospect relationships at multiple levels. Serve as the field sales primary point of contact for clients in assigned region.
  • Ensure client satisfaction; get involved in resolving issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare presentations, analysis, business reviews and client correspondence as needed.
  • Develop, and manage key accounts/ prospect/client lists and facility contacts.
  • Attend Trade Shows and other designated events; follow-up on all pertinent leads.
  • Attend monthly sales conference calls to discuss prior sales call results and future sales action plans. Report on all sales, prospect, market and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with other business units to promote cross-selling. Also assist in developing process improvements and special marketing projects.

Qualifications

  • MUST have experience in the healthcare industry; exceptional sales experience will be considered in place of industry experience.
  • The minimum education required for this position is an Associates Degree, a Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • The minimum related experience required for this position is 4 years of selling or recruiting staffing services.

  • A sense of urgency and desire to operate in an outbound sales environment.
  • An ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • The ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations.
  • A disposition to function in a team environment and to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within your territory (hiring for NE & SE territories)
